cyberlyx.top DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

7. Indemnification

8. Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of cyberlyx.top.
